Jim has spent 15 years in commercial leadership roles in eCommerce and Martech. Initially at Experian Marketing services before founding his own consulting firm which he ran for 5 years working for pioneers in the space such as e-dialog, Epsilon, ATG and e-Circle. More recently, he has worked to scale out commercial GTM teams for high-growth tech firms such as Usablenet and Rakuten. He joined Shopify as Head of Revenue for the EMEA Region in 2020 where he built the EMEA Sales operation before moving to Intuit Mailchimp in April of this year as GM for EMEA.
